1. Introduction & Purpose
This policy framework outlines the strict operational guidelines for www.valuecardthailand.com ("the Platform"). The primary purpose of this document is to establish and communicate our unwavering commitment to being a dedicated marketplace for physical and digital voucher/gift cards only.
These policies are designed to:
- Ensure absolute clarity for our partners, vendors, and users.
- Maintain the integrity and singular focus of our Platform.
- Provide a secure and trustworthy environment for transactions.
- Demonstrate our compliance standards to third-party partners and payment processors.
2. Content Restriction Policy
This policy definitively states what content (i.e., products and services) is permitted and prohibited from
being listed, sold, or promoted on the Platform.
2.1. Explicitly ALLOWED Content
The Platform exclusively permits the sale of the following:
- Physical Gift Voucher Cards: Tangible, scannable cards with a pre-loaded monetary value or specific service value, to be shipped to a customer.
- Digital Gift Voucher Codes: Alphanumeric codes (e.g., e-codes, PINs) delivered electronically that represent a pre-loaded monetary value or specific service value for redemption on a merchant's website or in-store.
- Branded Experience Vouchers: Vouchers for specific pre-paid experiences (e.g., "3-Course Dinner for Two," "Spa Day Package") that are redeemed directly with our partner merchants.
2.2. Strictly PROHIBITED Content
The sale, listing, or facilitation of the following is expressly forbidden on the Platform:
- Physical Goods (non-voucher items like electronics, clothing, food, cosmetics).
- Direct Services (e.g., travel booking, consulting, transportation).
- Digital Products & Media (software keys, eBooks, subscriptions, music, films).
- Financial Instruments (cryptocurrency, securities, or currency trading).
- Prohibited & Regulated Items (alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, weapons, adult content, illegal goods).
- Third-Party Marketplaces (reselling via Amazon, eBay, or other platforms).
2.3. Enforcement & Violations
- Automated Scans: Listings are subject to automated and manual reviews.
- Immediate Removal:Prohibited content will be removed without notice.
- Account Suspension:Vendors repeatedly attempting violations will be permanently removed.
3. Vendor & Content Onboarding Policy
This policy defines the rigorous process and criteria for adding new vendors and their voucher content to the Platform.
3.1. Vendor Qualification Criteria
Vendors must:
- Provide valid business registration, tax IDs, and proof of address.
- Be an authorized distributor or representative of the voucher brand.
- Sell only products consistent with Section 2.1.
- Have a clean reputation (no fraud history or major customer complaints).
3.2. Onboarding Process
- Stage 1: Application & Vetting – Application, documentation, compliance checks.
- Stage 2: Compliance Agreement – Vendors must digitally sign binding Vendor Agreement.
- Stage 3: Technical Integration & Testing – Sandbox testing, 100% manual review.
- Stage 4: Final Approval & Go-Live – 30-day probation with heightened monitoring.
3.3. Ongoing Monitoring
- Regular Audits of vendor activity.
- Customer Feedback as a violation detection tool.
- Automated Tools to detect prohibited content.
4. Declaration to Partners
This document confirms that www.valuecardthailand.com operates a closed, highly curated platform focused solely on vouchers and gift cards.
We do not and will not permit the listing or sale of physical goods, direct services, or prohibited items. Our onboarding process ensures all partners align with this mission.

5. Force Majeure
valuecardthailand.com shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, fires).
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes.
- Government restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory changes.
- Failures of internet or telecommunications providers.
In such circumstances, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event. Partners will be notified as soon as practicable, and services will resume promptly once conditions allow.
